Page 10 shows some very exciting new for Jenny Haskins fans. Jenny released in July a new range of Fabric “When Dreams Flower”. Fir that machine embroider, you will be aware of Jenny’s designs. This fabric range has bee designed for those who do not machine embroider. The fabric has been printed to look like machine embroidered fabric. This is great news for patchworkers. Vicki Hine presents her quilt “Talulah”, a lively quilt reminiscent of the sea and beach. Erika Spinks wrote a very informative article about ‘toiles’ and shows some inspirational photos of quilts created with toiles. Cinzia White shows us how to make a very simple quilt ideal for a young man. Could easily be for a young lady with the right fabric choices. This is a bright and bubbly machine pieced quilt. Island Quilts 2010 is a display of quilt from the Tasmanian Quilter’s Guild. Entries come from all over Tasmania and cover a wide variety of techniques and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Something here for all tastes and definitely plenty of kick start your creativity of you are suffering a quilter’s block!
