On my way through Texas, I encountered a large dip in front of a ramp leading into a gas station in a small town. My car, as low as it was, dipped down, and the bumper hit the incline and bent backwards. After my car hopped from the poly bumper recoiling, I came to a stop and found that my bumper had split in half. I duct taped it and drove on. It held for 8 hours at 80mph before I reached Corpus.
