Corel PaintShop Pro is the greatful program for fix every trasparent.
GIMP is the nice program for anything what you need.
Photoshop is the best of the best program for everything.
Illustrator is the good program for logos
Krita is the best Hand-Drawn Program for Backgrounds like Disney References.
