Hey y'all! I noticed that (Pantalan tribes excluded) the Joy Ang bases have folded wings, and since one of my favourite parts of designing characters is doing their wings, I decided to make a RainWing base in the canon style with open wings. (I was admittedly a bit lazy with the scales, but for general reference purposes, this base should work fine!) I can't guarantee I'll do any more bases at the moment simply because this one took so long to do, but someone might find at least this one useful nonetheless.
