We brought an original character to life for a customer. She described her as "A Moon Elf Queen who rides dragons. Her outfit needs to be practical and beautiful!" For her jacket overlay we are using a glittery sequined scale fabric to tie-in the dragon theme. Heavily beaded vine lace adds extra dimension. Her half cape is a icy blue silk velvet that has an optional scarf.
