When I first saw this old cabin, I thought it just screamed "American west!" with its look & feel. I was pretty over the moon about it and very excited to be able to photograph it. I loved the atmosphere which was presented with the snow covering the mountains and a fresh storm beginning to roll in over the West Elks. To get the shot I photographed it in HDR and backed it up with a Grad ND and a CPL.
