Nestled between two great mountains, a great city prepares for another 16 hours of darkness. In this city, I imagine many clans whom ally and live together to form a House. For each clan in the House, a spire is erected that represents that clans status in the House. Lower Houses must pay their higher House for protection and shared resources. The highest ranking member of each High House becomes one of the cities Governors. Each House is specialized in various trades and the knowledge of those trades are shared throughout the House via apprenticeships.
