Zagnos Valley Park, although Trabzon is known for its greenery and natural beauty, unfortunately, there isn’t much green space in the city center. However, the newly built Zagnos Valley has become one of the most beautiful green architectural areas in the heart of Trabzon. Since it is located in the city center, it is easily accessible. In the valley, you can enjoy a picnic with your family, take long walks, and capture beautiful photos. Especially in spring and summer, Zagnos Valley Park is a popular spot for the locals of Trabzon and has been continuously expanded by the municipality. To provide more information about Zagnos Valley Park: Located just below Trabzon Castle, Zagnos Valley is the largest open-air park in Trabzon. It is a project that has been gradually expanded in stages by the municipality. The park covers an area of 130,000 square meters. As its size continues to grow, packing a picnic basket and bringing a blanket or mat makes it an excellent choice for a lovely day out with your loved ones—especially since it frequently hosts joyful picnic gatherings for families with children.
