AN ICON IN THE CITY OF PORTO ALEGRE. A power plant transformed into a cultural center, on the shores of Lake Gua'iba, in the city center. Major exhibitions are held there, especially the MERCOSUR BIENNIAL, when it takes place in Porto Alegre. A place visited by both local residents and tourists visiting the city. A wonderful and completely restored architecture.
