This place is usually visited by tourists on the way to the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. The interior decorations of the Transfiguration Church depict episodes from the life of Sergius of Radonezh. In the courtyard there is a monument to the monk. On the Pazhe river there is a spring of Sergius of Radonezh with a wooden wheel.
