The ruins of a medieval castle of permanent character, housed on the top of the cliff, the so-called detention castle, with an elliptical shape, with double walls, was built in the century. XIII, due to its strategic location, it was used during the Restoration War.

Bridge built in Roman times and renovated in medieval times, of arch type, constituting one of the best bridges in the Parque da Peneda do Ger^es and the most imposing in the parish. It has an accentuated easel board, over two perfectly round arches of uneven size, reinforced by a prismatic carving upstream and a rectangular carving downstream. Its implantation, with access through two curves, the regular apparatus of the lower rows and the carving and butcher block, as well as the padding of the staves indicates that it is Roman work, however the board with irregular flagstone and less careful stonework guards, reveals the medieval reform. It is likely that he lost a bow in this or a later renovation.

The "Inverneiras", in the lower areas, serve as a refuge from the cold and are located in the valleys of the parish. Your places: Beak, Cailheira, Curveira, Bago de Cima and Bago de Baixo, Clams, Laceiras, Ramisqueira, Jo~ao Alvo, Barreiro, Assureira, Rotten, Alagoa, Dorna, Entalada, Bridges, Mareco, Ribeiro de Cima and Ribeiro de Baixo .
