Our CoPMI Clinician works in partnership with the adult mental health clinicians to improve outcomes for the people registered with our service. Referrals are accepted internally through our mental health clinicians. There are a range of programs, often run by autism or disability service providers that can help young people prepare for, look for, and gain, employment. They work with you to provide meaningful, individualised capacity building activities so you can achieve your employment goals.
Primrose Services organises daytime activities for people with early onset dementia. These include bus excursions as well as activities in a day centre. People living with dementia benefit from routine, intellectual stimulation, socialisation, and outdoor exercise. Primrose programs are diverse, with various bus outings in the community and selected Canberra Brothel in-house activities. As a member of the National Disability Service , Primrose works together with the wider community of disability service providers in Australia to provide higher-quality services. NDIS day programs and activities enrich the lives of people living with dementia and increase their sense of community, identity, and well-being.
Across Australia, autism service providers also often facilitate social groups for autistic adults. Activities can include workshops on particular topics, general socialising, going to the movies, having dinners or taking part in local events. Accommodation and housing support can be found across Australia, and are often operated by private businesses or disability service providers. Funding is often provided through government organisations such as the NDIS.

If you are an autistic adult, you might find it difficult to make and maintain friends.
For the health and wellbeing of everyone the AMC is a smoke-free environment. You will be given an induction to help explain what life is like in the AMC. You will be given a handbook with details of support available to you while in custody.

Supported Independent Living support often includes full time support, in and out of the home, regardless of home ownership. The support can be independent, or provided for people in shared living arrangements. In addition, there are a range of housing options and support services to help support autistics and people with other disabilities to find desired and affordable housing, and tailored supports to suit their needs.
Willow uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy modalities in her approach with patients. In his free time, he enjoys a range of sports and outdoor activities in Canberra and nearby national parks.
