TWO YEARS AND SEVERAL DAYS LATER....

Freddie realised the one thing that would change his life forever. He rushed home from the recording studio, battling the bitter cold. He opened the door to his apartment, locked it behind him, and took off his jacket and shoes. After that, he sat at his desk, found his diary in the lowest drawer, and scribbled:

January 27 1973

This is perversy. This is pederasty. This is paedophilia.

Roger was sitting at his desk. His blond head was buried in his arms. He was worried. What was wrong? Everything was wrong. He, whom all the girls ran after, wanted nothing more than... no, this as wrong. He needed to see the doctor. Was he going crazy? Was a brain tumour making him delusional? How could he EVER feel this way?

He took out his diary and stared at a blank page, not knowing where to start. Five minutes later, the only progress he made was:

Another five minutes later, he decided that in a diary, he did not need to think - all he needed to do was to write. And so he did.

He wrote in neat, small letters on the middle of the page. After this, he put away his diary, rested his head on the desk again, and started crying.

At this time, they opened the door to the lecture room, expecting to find Brian there. But no, Brian was not there. Instead, the young boy was standing there in his violet velvet jacket, tuning his bass. Both Roger and Freddie noticed the fact that he was well-groomed and overdressed for the occasion. The jeans and the platforms were fine, but the velvet jacket was too much.

Freddie came up to him first and reached out his hand to the boy.

- John, right? - he asked. John shook Freddie's hand and nodded his head.

- Yes, Deacon. And you are, um, Freddie?

- Yeah, that would be me.

1. In the while that I was away from my mind, Mayomorphoses has evolved considerably. The basic story is still the same, but there are some differences in the storyline.

2. Many events in the story I have pulled out of my butt sucked out of my finger. I, for one, think they have some basis in fact - but let's just say, for arguement's sake, that they are completely fictional.

3. Likewise, the dates have been pulled out of my butt as well.

4. The title "Mayomorphoses" makes no sense - but it doesn't have to.

Okay -

I HATE ROCK!!! Why the f--k is rock so polular? What's so great about an annoying whining of a guitar backed by some really bad cymbal-crashing, all mixed with some guy screaming his lungs off about something that touches no one's life. That's part of the reason it was SO EASY to get over Brett (and I thought I was in love! Ha! Never again is a man going to get my love without doing something to deserve it first... or a woman, for that matter) - because he likes rock. And I don't need some insensitive son of his mother who listens to Rainbow and whatever other s--t he likes to be my man. No. I can get someone better.

(All of the above, except stuff about Brett, also goes for metal. NOTE: no matter what they say, there is ABSOLUTELY no difference between Metal, Death Metal, Dark Metal, Doom Metal, Heavy Metal, and whatever other Metals there are. It's all crap.)

And here is some on a more positive note: grandma has a CD with "Mozart's Symphony No. 40"!!! It was so intelligent of me to bring my iPod along, for now I have more classical music on it!! Yay!!! Also - I figured out today that Gounod's "Ave Maria" is, in fact, set to Bach's "Prelude No. 1 in C Major" (the first prelude from the "Well-Tempered Clavier", if anyone knows what I'm talking about). This is exciting because I long had a suspicion, and my hypothesis was confirmed by Wikipedia. Yesssssssssssssssssss!!!
