We descended a few stoned steps at the end of the boardwalk to the beautifully ragged coastline. However, the area around the coastline is unfortunately, not accessible by wheelchair or baby stroller. Thus, Xiaoyeliu is not suitable for young children or people with walking disabilities. Located at the main entrance to the Xiaoyeliu scenic area, you will find the Xiaoyeliu Visitor Center. The visitor center contains an exhibition hall with display of the natural and geological features of the area.
Night markets are a great place to pick up cheap local foods, including stinky tofu, oyster omelets, red bean pancakes and the like.
