In May 2018, I traveled to Castle Ceconi in Pielungo, Italy and with 24 other photographers from around the world participated in a workshop with Sue Bryce. Sometimes, even with a night vision module, it's simply too dark to obtain a good quality photograph at night.
More recently, the technology of smaller pixel pitch has resulted in infrared cameras having detector arrays of 15 micron pitch, delivering some of the most impressive thermal images available today.
