The final phase of your Facilitation must be the post-Coaching feedback session for all staff members. During this portion of the process, you should be looking to learn how the staff members are reacting to the course material and it's very important to hear feedback on whether they are happy with the information they received or not. BDT uses many techniques such as classroom sessions, co-operative projects, and case studies. Examples of these techniques are Hypnosis, Incorporating Trainings, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
A company Training program is intended to help the Staff and the business grow. A business Facilitation program can consist of workshops and seminars. These programs can vary from a short workshop that addresses one issue, to more programs which have a series of workshops that are focused on exactly the exact same topic. Facilitation should be effective and applicable. This means that the Facilitation materials, the curriculum, and the methods used are consistent with the aims of the organization.
