Introduction: In the dissertation the history of occurrence and experience of designing, construction and operation of establishments of professional - labour rehabilitation of invalids is analysed. Results of interrogations, natural supervision and the analysis of scientific researches and design decisions are investigated and stated. Recommendations on formation of new type of a public institution - the center social, rehabilitation and labour purpose, with the organization without the barrier environment for invalids are given.
Purpose. Material and Methods:
The main social factors which influence designing of the centers to which concern are determined: self-realization, self-service, adaptation, an opportunity of free movement, decrease of nervous and physical loading, the organization of leisure, assistance, a daily leaving, health services of invalids.
Principles of formation of the centers of professional - labour rehabilitation are developed: availability planning structures for invalids, integrated approach of functional processes, transformation of premises, comfort it is volumetric - planning decisions. The basic functional zones of the center are revealed: entrance, rehabilitation, improving, rest and economic. The model of an arrangement of the centers of professional - labour rehabilitation in conditions is offered by a vein of environment. The normative size at the rate of 1 place in the center on 1000 person is determined.
Results:
Normals planning elements and the nomenclature of types of the centers of professional - labour rehabilitation are developed. The nomenclature of types of the centers is offered. Branch of the territorial center of social service in-home, spaciousness up to 50 places built - in a vein the house, in structure which premises rooms of an industrial practice enter, auxiliary, serving. The territorial center of social service of day time stay, spaciousness of 100-200 places, in structure which premises enter: an assembly hall, library, sports. The complex center of social service or the city social center of service with time or constant stay, spaciousness of 100-1000 places, in structure which premises rooms enter: industrial practice, sports, a labour cycle, the technical center, an audience, an assembly hall, dining room.
