Amazingly, but I am ready to outline and estimate benefits of my current education only now, at the end of my first school year, almost for the first time opening the textbook.
I had had really nice teachers and I lost a lot, I know. But it was a trade off. Now I am familiar with one more system of education and it broadens my mind a lot. I mean now I can think critically, I can evaluate knowledge that my head is being fulled with.
But what is more, what is really more important, I study in English.
Economics. Russian terminology of this subject seems really dull. The majority of it is just transcripted from English. Compare the sounding of "marginal" and "маргинальный". I like the first one much more. What's for the words which have translation, not just transcription... Isn't it strange to draw a demand curve, mark it with "D" and call it "кривая спроса".
mmm... I am happy I am able to study background of this marvelous science =)
