LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. Our circuit training areas provide a full body workout option in one confined area, complete with free weights, cable machines, and cardio equipment. We have a very wide variety of group fitness classes that include everything from yoga and spin, to step and strength training.
All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Whether you need extra motivation, education, or accountability, our trainers will work with you on developing customized nutrition, cardiovascular, and resistance training programs based on your personal fitness level. Not only will you begin to see results faster, but you will also achieve them in the safest, most effective way possible.

Member must accompany the guest in the facility and remain with them at all times. All UWA community members are allowed to register guests for the day by paying the guest fee. If you have fulfilled your initial six- or 12-month contract and wish to cancel your membership, a cancelation form will need to be completed and submitted to Member Services. Request processing will begin once all fees/balances have been paid.
There is a 30-minute time limit on all cardio machines. Do not slam or drop weights forcefully on the floor. Please return all weights/dumbbells to the racks where they’re to be stored. Classes offered by the Fitness Center have first priority in scheduling of the facility. Groups who reserve the studio must provide their own sound equipment. Yoga/pilates mats are to be brought by persons using the space.
No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our staff and members believe in creating a friendly environment for people at all fitness levels.

Guests must fill out a waiver prior to using the facility. Members must accompany the guest into the facility and remain with them at all times. Passes may only be purchased at the UWA Front Desk, and guests must follow all UWA Fitness Center policies. Guest passes give a non-member one-day access for $10 per day. All guests must be 18 or older, present a government-issued picture ID and fill out a waiver prior to using the facility.
It has a cardio segment to increase heart rate, strengthening segment for upper and lower extremities as well as abdominal strengthening and a segment that focuses on balance and coordination. Recreation center amenities, walking track, exercise equipment, and gymnasium, are available to members only.
