Rich Dad's Cashflow Quadrant By Robert T. Kiyosaki Online

Суббота, 02 Ноября 2019 г. 22:18 + в цитатник

Robert Kiyosaki has introduced several great tools, which allow people to go through a contextual overhaul about the way they look at making money and entrepreneurship. This is the second book I am bringing to you from the stable of Robert Kiyosaki, the best selling author of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad.” If you are don't know who Robert Kiyosaki is, then I will say you are probably new to the world of Personal Finance, Business and Investing.
So don't believe everything you hear about Robert Kiyosaki being a scam, do your research and if you want to become more financial intelligent and get out of the rat race i personally recommend that y ou follow his work and even do your research on a multi level marketing business cashflow quadrant summary you could start up, there are some many industry's you can get into like travel, weight loss, nutrition, health and well being the list goes on just find what you are passionate about and put your head down and bum up and you will be well on your way to exiting the rat race.

In what were the best 300 ebook pages of my 17 year old life (Yup, I'm a millenial babe!), Kiyosaki lists out the ways the rich operate financially, how they accrue assets unlike liabilities, and how the design of our fiat monetary system is designed so that Bs and Is are more affluent and advantaged than Es and Ss.
Ramamurthy could be employed in an educational institution - HST College (E-Employee), and provide independent tutoring on weekends at home (S-Self Employed), own a coaching company which is professional run by a team employed by him (B-Business Owner), and also invest in stocks and fixed deposits (I-Investor).

You may be surprised that when you take the time to explain to those people remaining in the E or S quadrants what the quadrants are; outline the core values represented in each; that, given time, they may consider joining you in your B Quadrant network-marketing business.
I will reveal to you how to work on your B quadrant as this is the most powerful form of asset class there is in its potential to generate wealth, you would have known this if you've read any books from the Rich Dad Poor Dad Series or have played the cash flow 101 board game.
A business owner has the potential reward of mutiplicative profits from employees, but they also run the risk of being obligated to pay those employees without enough revenue to do so and not only not being compensated adequately for their work, but for losing their investment entirely.

Of course there will always be haters who remain skeptical of Kiyosaki's claims about his rich dad, which they argue is merely a non-existent trope. Every time you owe somebody money, you become and employee of their money. Know the core differences that cause people to seek different quadrants.
One was "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and other was "Cashflow Quadrant: Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Freedom," both by Robert Kiyosaki. Once you get to the B quadrant you are using the biggest leverage of all, the leverage of having a business where people and money works for you and not the other way around.

At the Self-Employed quadrant, this kind of people owns equally resources, time, money, and skillsets as well as knowledge. Regardless of which quadrant people make their money in, if they hope someday to be rich, they ultimately must come to the I quadrant. The investor at this level is able to use other people's money to invest and grow their wealth.
This book is read in such a way that it's almost as if you can hear Robert Kiyosaki read it himself. Robert Kiyosaki here takes a new and hard-hitting look at the factors that impact people from all walks of life as they struggle to cope with change and challenges that impact their financial world.
Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow Quadrant talks about you as a business owner, having a few hundred employees. Although it is not a Get Rich Quick plan it is solid and with time will prove to manage your cash and facilitate gettign out of the rat race and being on your own.
