A Class in Miracles is so genuine, so wonderful, so strong, and so much more spiritually sophisticated than some other little bit of the world's literature past and present, that you have to really knowledge it to trust it. But these whose brains are too attached with worldly feelings, and lack the main thirst for true religious understanding that is essential for their understanding, will more than likely not understand a single full page. That is not because A Class in Wonders is puzzling - on the opposite their concepts are remarkably simple - but instead because it is the type of religious understanding that those people who are not willing to understand it, just cannot realize it. I wish to say here to any Religious who thinks that his church's teachings do not really meet his thirst to know a form, merciful and warm God, but is fairly scared to read the Course as a result of others' statements that it is contradictory with "true" Christianity: Don't fear! I have read the gospels many times and I promise you a Course in Miracles is completely in keeping with Jesus' teachings while he was on earth. Don't concern the fanatical defenders of exclusionist dogma - these bad persons think themselves to be the sole carriers of Jesus' message, and the sole ones worthy of his delights, while all other will go to hell. A Program in Miracles reflects Jesus' correct concept: unconditional love for *all people*. While he was on earth, Jesus said to decide a pine by their fruit. Therefore provide it a decide to try and see how the fruits that ripen in your lifetime taste. If they taste bad, you can reject A Program in Miracles. But when they taste as sweet as mine do, and the an incredible number of different correct seekers who have found A Class in Miracles to be nothing less when compared to a divine treasure, then congratulations - and might your center often be abundantly full of peaceful, warm joy.
