Mixing Kratom Powder and alcohol is certainly a very dangerous combination especially in larger amounts. This gift of Mother Nature is providing life-changing benefits for us in our overall health and wellbeing. Lacing it with alcohol seems like a real dichotomy and quite frankly, a very stupid thing to do.

 

You might think that having a glass of wine at dinner while enjoying being pain-free is no big deal. That can be rather nice in the absence of stress and feeling loaded with extra energy. You might even also be experiencing a great increase in your libido too. However, slinging a quart of tequila with it will just negate many of the good things that it can do for you. Mixing these two together is like playing with fire.

 

As experts, we feel that it is our responsibility to educate you and advise you so that you can avoid waking up in the hospital or even worse… going to sleep permanently in the morgue. We get regular reports of people who use Kratom and mix it with some potentiators such as alcohol or other prescription drugs to make it stronger. We know that many do this intentionally in an effort to get a “legal high”. 

 

There are some who are not trying to abuse it, but just don’t know the dangers of mixing Kratom powder and alcohol. It can be a costly mistake for many. Take enough of these two together and you could have a very bad experience that might have caregivers fighting to save your life. Even if you do not reach that level, you could experience a hangover much worse than you ever felt before.

 

The reasons for this are simple. Alcohol basically affects the body as a depressant. Kratom taken in smaller doses acts as a stimulant. Taken in larger amounts it can affect the body as a depressant. Taking two or more depressants together can overload your body and intensify its effects greatly.

 

There is no sensible reason to try and intensify the effects of Kratom. It is NOT a drug, but some people out there are abusing it as if it were. When these same people end up in the emergency room as a result, Kratom usually gets the blame for it. This natural botanical used alone in a responsible way will not cause these incidents.

 

These abusers are causing Mitragyna Speciosa or Kratom to draw more and more negative attention to it. These same people are the reason why some government officials are trying to ban it in certain areas. The positive benefits of this natural plant are varied and abundant. We certainly don’t need the government taking away our freedom to choose how we want to get relief from various ailments.
