Стресс – это нервное напряжение, наступающее в ответ на воздействие на человека неблагоприятных факторов внешней среды. Проблемы на работе, семейные ссоры и даже просто плохая погода могут стать причиной стресса. Постепенно негативная энергия накапливается в нашем организме, и это приводит к хронической усталости, упадку сил, а зачастую и к депрессии.

Нервное напряжение, прежде всего, сказывается на нашем теле. Когда человек в подавленном состоянии, грудная клетка становится впалой, зажатой, он начинает сутулиться, возникает напряжение в суставах и мышцах. Тело как бы закрывается, защищается от отрицательного воздействия на него внешнего мира.

Бороться со стрессом поможет йога. Прогибы назад и скручивания избавят от чувства зажатости, скованности в области грудной клетки. Расслабляющие асаны устранят напряжение в теле: жесткость мышц, тазобедренных и плечевых суставов. Наклоны вперед успокоят ум, освободят его от лишних мыслей. Воздействуя не только на тело, но и на ум, регулярная практика позволит устранить нервное напряжение и забыть о стрессе.
