It is also possible to use the internal microphone (with a lower quality) by following the instructions below:

— Download Lineln (free) : Here
— Install SoundFlower first and then install Lineln,
— Start and choose:
Input from; Built-in Microphone: internal
Output to: Soundflower (2 channels)
— Then click on Pass Thru
— With Lineln open, launch MacSpeech Dictate and training can begin.
If you get a message that you need another microphone, do not worry, its OK
