"So... you're gay?" Alex broke the silence as Jack looked up from the paper, a little taken back at his bluntness. He just nodded, looking away as Alex stared at him.

"Dude, I don't swing that way."

Now, Alex wasn't a homophobe. He was far from it. His statement was only because Alex just thought that every single person - with the exception of straight guys - had a major crush on him.

Jack's head snapped up, looking at Alex shocked. He squinted his eyes at Alex, glaring at him.

"Excuse me?"

"I just mean... sorry if I led you on or something." The sad part was that Alex did sound sincere.

Jack let out a small, sarcastic laugh as he shook his head in disbelief.

"Alex, don't flatter yourself. I don't have a crush on you." This time, it was Alex who looked shocked.

"You don't think I'm attractive, at all?" Jack just shook his head.

"You're not my type." Alex glared at him. He was everybody's type. (c)
