Work is underway on a major renovation project to change a historical midtown building right into homes.
Local authorities on Friday commemorated the start of building to change the Adams Resort into a 65-unit apartment building.
The 13-story building at the edge of 4th Road as well as Cheyenne Avenue will certainly also consist of 3,500 to 4,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the initial floor.
