There are versions that this was Elvis Presley's favorite diet. All you need is to sleep, and as long as possible. Spending a few days in a dream, you lose extra pounds: there are no meals, and for the needs of a working body, energy is taken from reserves, that is, fat deposits. Unfortunately, the scientific benefits of this diet have not been proven. And not everyone can allocate time for a long sleep.

Diet on juices

Juices for weight loss five to six times a day, which replace all products. Perhaps someone will think this is a great detox idea. A person not only deprives himself of nutrients, but also eats what the gastrointestinal tract is not able to digest. This is a direct path to dehydration, constipation and complete failure of the digestive system.
