Let's see what they think should be abandoned.

1. Flavored yogurts. As I understand it, I mean yogurts with fruit additives. They have a lot of sugar, in fact it is the same dessert as ice cream and cakes, and not a healthy breakfast.

2. Sweet soda. There are studies that sugary drinks are the main cause of massive obesity of the American population.

By the way, now more than 70 percent of Americans are overweight.

Overall, obesity in the United States has tripled since the 1960s and doubled since the 1980s.


Also in soda there are dyes, to which there may be questions about carcinogenicity.


3. Meat with crispy crust. It's a little unclear what is meant - it's batter or just a toasty crust.

But in any case, both are harmful: any "toastiness" is a sign of the final products of glycation (CNG, advanced glycation products, AGEs), one of the main factors of aging.

And as for batter, it's extra calories and excess fat.


4. Bacon. It is difficult to imagine that a person who monitors his health can regularly consume bacon, especially toasted.

100 g of browned bacon contains more than 97 thousand units of CNG, and the body can process about 15 thousand per day without damage.

And this limit is barely enough for normal activities.


4. Soy sauce. This is an overabundance of salt and, alas, often dyes.
5. Cheese sauce. Salt, fat, glycation end products.

Cheese itself is a very useful product, of course, in small quantities.

But processed cheese is already off the scale of CNG.


6. Salami and hot dog. In addition to the obvious fat and salt, all sorts of sausage should not be eaten because of the nitrates added to minced meat.

They are added there, the meat is not clung to the infection, for example, clostridia (botulism). Nitrates protect us, but when they react with proteins, they form those most sinister CNG.


7. Chips. This is salt, sugar, flour, starch, a lot of all sorts of flavor enhancers, flavors, emulsifiers. These are only carbohydrates of rapid absorption, high glycemic index, high glycemic load and, accordingly, increased insulin levels, which does not bode well.

8. Margarine. Salt, KKE.
9. White bread. In fact, bread is very useful, it should be eaten. But rolls are a confection. Still, it is better to rest on rye bread.
10. Products containing pesticides. Who would argue.

11. Iced coffee and caffeinated ice cream. Coffee itself is a very useful product. But the use of too cold drink I can not approve at any age.
This leads to contrast hypothermia of the mucous membranes of the oropharynx and digestive tract, which is fraught with exacerbations of diseases.
Once in the stomach, the ice drink causes it to temporarily block the production of enzymes and gastric juice. Proteins (proteins) of food will not be digested. And that's disastrous.
Plus spasms of the biliary tract - and these are problems with the digestion of fats. And in general - at least problems with constipation.
As for ice cream, I generally believe that adults do not need to use milk.


12. Vegetarian burgers. If you like a fake hare, eat it from time to time. But to completely switch to vegetarianism is a mistake.


13. Canned fruits. Sugar, preservatives. This is an unimportant substitute for the usual seasonal fruits.


14. Alcoholic cocktails and beer.
