Ingredients:

  1. Honey (70–75 grams)
  2. Raspberry juice (200 grams)
  3. Citric acid
  4. Carbonated water (150 grams)

Order of preparation:

  1. Mix honey, citric acid (a couple of drops) and raspberry juice, stir thoroughly.
  2. Add sparkling water.
  3. Serve chilled.

Classic Slavic recipe, especially useful in winter.

Ingredients:

  1. Honey (1 teaspoon)
  2. A glass of clean water
  3. Bay leaf
  4. Ginger, cinnamon, cloves and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Put all the seasonings and water in a saucepan and boil well.
  2. Turn off the heat and let cool a bit.
  3. Add honey.
  4. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredient list:

  1. Honey (1 teaspoon)
  2. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. Ginger

Order of preparation:

  1. Thoroughly peel the ginger and squeeze the juice out of it.
  2. Repeat the same procedure with lemon.
  3. Mix the juice of ginger and lemon with honey and pour into a dark bottle. Leave in the fridge overnight.
  4. Take 30–50 grams each day.
