5. The Right Snack Foods

They should not contain sugar, dyes and flavor enhancers.

Fruits are better to eat before noon, since fiber is digested for a long time.

Nuts are a great option for those who work in the office or study.

However, you should not get involved in nuts, since they have a lot of carbohydrates

Rye, buckwheat, corn and rice breads are a good alternative to bakery products.

Bread can crunch just like that, and you can prepare a sandwich in advance.
