I've been full all my life, since I was a kid. And I always dreamed of losing weight. But there was no "trigger" - I just realized that I could not and did not want to be at such a big weight anymore. I don't want to go shopping and realize that I don't wear clothes!
To lose weight, I went to group psychotherapy at a weight loss center.
In group classes, we analyzed the causes of overeating and overweight, found in everyone the true problem associated with weight gain, often psychological.
I kept a food diary in which I wrote down what time and what I ate. Every day I ate in accordance with the "calorie corridor", per day - no more than a certain number of calories. We ate 6 meals a day and weighed ourself daily.
I did not do sports, but I added more joy to my life - I began to go to a massage, to the bath, to the pool. I was just pampering my body and it was losing weight. The first 10 kg went easily. With the rest it was more difficult: the weight went slowly - 100-200 g per day. But I managed! I don't understand now, how can you go back to the old one?! After all, it is quite possible to keep your normal weight.

- I've been a chubby man since I was a kid. This is not surprising: I loved to eat fast food. But after 25 years, health problems began - hypertension, gastritis appeared. At some point, I became scared for my future, because I am young, and I am sick like an old man! In addition, I am tired of being clumsy, feeling disrespectful from others, relatives and friends. I decided to change.
I began to read a lot of literature, articles, watched many programs on the topic of weight loss and muscle building. And himself, without the help of a coach and nutritionist, made himself a nutrition and training program. For the first two months, I was just rocking the press at home. Then I did push-ups and lifted the dumbbells three times a day 20-30 times. The diet is balanced: the correct balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, I counted according to the table of carbohydrates.
No one supported me, did not control me, I just went to my goal. It's now become a way of life. And I love that kind of life!
