Incredibly delicious fish! Easy and very fast to cook! Juicy salmon in the oven is a healthy and wonderful dish. The perfect light dinner that takes only twenty minutes to prepare. Ten minutes - for the preparation of products plus ten minutes - for baking fish. Salmon will be tender and juicy, and the sauce will emphasize its taste and make the dish harmonious and just perfect.

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees Celsius, and at this time continue cooking this delicious, healthy and very fragrant dish.
2. In a small bowl put Dijon mustard and add honey to

7. Cover the baking sheet with heat-resistant foil.
Pieces of salmon lubricate on all sides with the remaining olive oil and spread them on foil, on top lubricate with a mixture prepared in the sixth paragraph of this recipe.
8. Put the baking sheet in the oven that has managed to warm up for 10 minutes.
It is important not to overcook salmon, and this is very easy to do! Even if it seems that the salmon in the center is a little damp - this is normal. Thanks to the residual heat, even after removal from the oven, the fish will be cooked and will taste perfect!
