The pace of modern life can be frantic.

It somehow makes us feel lonely, it feels like we're becoming disconnected

from the world, even in the middle of a crowd.

We immerse ourselves in all this: we surround ourselves with people and plunge headlong into work, the media.

But we still want to feel that someone needs, looking for our place in the family

and in the world around us, a place where we really feel cozy and comfortable.

All the time when we do introspection and look for answers to questions,

we are immersed in a real abyss of information, really looking for wisdom

that will help us live a full, healthy and happy life.

It's the wisdom you can't find online.

Instead, we need to turn to our elders—those who carry knowledge of countless generations—for some real answers.

The Four Sacred Wisdoms from Older Generations

Fortunately, elders from all over the world—from America, Asia, the Arctic, and Africa—

have brought their gifts to all of humanity.

They freely disseminate their knowledge. It's just a question of how we use them.

Here are four sacred wisdoms from old people

that can help us all do the spiritual work of realizing

and discovering our personality.

The first wisdom is the power to forgive the unforgivable.

When we use this power, we make a choice.

We choose our own freedom instead of staying in the shackles of the past.

Turning to forgiveness is a release from an unpleasant experience, a rejection of it.

Sometimes forgiveness can be an act of great courage and self-love.

We carried an unbearable load and now we see that we can fly.

We do not forget about anything, do not turn away from the demand for justice

and just want to live very much, give preference to life over death.

wisdom

We need to slow down a bit and calm down to hear what our body and soul are telling us.

Dive deep into yourself, letting go of the pain.

Get to know your inner world to help build a new story for yourself.

Turn to nature, where you are always at home, and let it conquer you and fill you with peace.

Forgiveness doesn't happen in an instant.

It takes time to grow, time for you to trust people, to rely on them, to start a new life where

you can learn to forgive the unforgivable.

And this will bring you back to the perfect simplicity that was never lost, but only hidden behind your pain.

The Second Wisdom is the Power of Healing

When we use this power, we attract our own natural resources to find a path to healing.

We need to slow down and calm down to hear what our body and soul are saying.

By running at full speed, trying to make the world work for us, we ignore the wisdom that is within everyone.

Our body will tell us what hurts and why, and our inner voice is constantly whispering what's best for us.

We can hear it all if we just slow down a little bit and listen.

When we stop to listen and look around

, we find that there are people waiting for us to support and inspire our healing.

And we find in them a reflection of the unconditional love

that we must give in return in order to be healed.

The Third Wisdom is the Power of Unity

wisdom

When we use the power of unity, we return to our essence as members of the community of people, the Earth.

We intertwine our own history with the experience of the universe,

remembering our connection to all things, abandoning the illusion

of separateness that is so often present in our culture, media, politics and business.

When we choose unity, we see that the universe and people love us.

The wisdom of unity grows with gratitude, empathy, and service.

The moment we feel grateful for every aspect of our wonderful existence,

we deepen our connection of unity

Any sense of connection with a being, animal, plant, earth or person strengthens our unity.

Any act of caring, giving, and helping others expands our knowledge

that we are all one, inextricably linked.

The Fourth Wisdom - The Power of Hope

wisdom

The wisdom of hope is crucial at any time in our lives.

In today's world, we can feel the need for this even more deeply.

Hope is an extremely powerful source of energy.

Every day we are faced with doubts, and the natural instinct of our desire

for survival orients us to the dangers we face, to the risks on the way forward.

It takes willpower to turn to hope.

We shape our faith by daily dreaming and encouraging visions, remembering that we are not alone.

When we base ourselves on supporting the natural world in which we are born

and the human community that rejoices in our beauty, our ability to hope is multiplied.

At first, these tips may seem strange and difficult to understand,

but try to accept them, realize them, start with small steps.

And soon you will see how simple everything really is.
