#1 Come up with the desired routine

What's it like to wake up early at work knowing that you're going to have tough, uninteresting tasks? And if you need to get up at the same time to fly on a long-awaited trip? Rise with pleasure, and even before the alarm clock.

#2 Get ready to wake up in the evening

When you run out in half an hour, and you have just woken up, and still do not know what to eat and what to wear, it is certainly invigorating. But that's not the kind of vigor we need.

Much more pleasant will be waking up without stress, and if you like to sleep next to the time of "X", you need to prepare for it in the evening.

#6 Train

The next way to make the morning cheerful is a good workout. Stretch out while you're still in bed. Go for a run and exercise in the fresh air.

It would seem that additional effort, but in the end you will get more strength and drive out lethargy complete with drowsiness.

#7 Give Yourself More Light

Our internal clock knows: it is lightening, so it's time to stop resting and start being active. So open the curtains or turn on the lights to let your body wake up.

Or hang curtains so that at night they shade the bedroom, but there are gaps along the edges through which the morning light can break through.

#8 Do not drink coffee unless absolutely necessary

On the one hand, coffee effectively helps to open your eyes, but on the other, after a while, this wonderful drink causes the opposite effect, and you begin to sleep. In addition, the longer and more you drink coffee, the less you feel its stimulating effect.

#10 Take a contrast shower
