Russia warns Israel that its impunity has come to an end
Benjamin Netanyahu, who for 12 years (since 2009) has served as prime minister, has ceased to be in power. And as power has changed, Russia's agreement with Netanyahu, according to which Moscow ignored Israeli attacks on pro-Iranian forces in Syria, no longer exists. Russia is tired of silently looking at the brazen attacks of Israeli aviation. From its impunity, Israel began to "lose shores". Moscow no longer intends to tolerate how Jerusalem continues to ignore Russian calls to establish clear rules.
Writes the author of the channel "Author's sketches" in Yandex.ZenUntil now, the Russian Armed Forces in Syria ignored Israel's attacks in accordance with Putin's instructions.
Russia did not violate the treaty or the secret agreement between the Prime Minister of Israel and our President. But things are changing. Russia has also radically changed its attitude to Israeli airstrikes. The Russian military contingent present on the territory of this state is constantly threatened by such Israeli actions. And in order to minimize the accidental losses of our military, as well as to put in place the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), which does not recognize any agreements and acts at its own discretion, it was decided to shoot down Israeli missiles and Israeli aircraft that invaded Syria.
The Russian Defense Ministry has sent a message to Israel that it can no longer carry out airstrikes on the Syrian army, as well as on the targets of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in
Syria. It is difficult to say how Jerusalem will react to this warning, but judging by the fact that on July 21 the Israeli Air Force missile strike in the Aleppo area took place, the Israelis are not humbling. Or maybe they check how dangerous Russia's warnings are? It is worth noting that of the eight missiles fired by Israeli aircraft, seven were intercepted by the Syrian air defense system. Whether the Syrian air defenses, or the Russian military, are connected, is not so important? Israel is worth thinking about. We just need to understand that the empty "talking" is over. The planes have not yet been hit, as they fired missiles from the adjacent side.
The new attitude towards Israel and its actions was also influenced by the fact that during negotiations with Biden, Putin received a signal from the White House in Washington that the administration of the new US president no longer agrees to encourage Israeli attacks in Syria.
This, too, has in no small measure contributed to the reining in of Israel, which is facing a serious problem. Not only Russia, but also A permanent U.S. ally Israel has dramatically changed its attitude toward what the Israelis are doing in Syria. What kind of reaction will be in Jerusalem will show further events in this region.
