Ingredients:
Lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B3 , Zinc, Copper, Selenium

Either let the contents of a sachet melt in your mouth every day or dissolve it in a glass of water and drink immediately. Take preferably with a meal. Can have a laxative effect if consumed to excess.

CentroVision ® Lutein direct is a dietary supplement and contains a micronutrient combination of the natural carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, which are very important for the eyes, vitamins C, E and niacin (B3) as well as the trace elements zinc, copper and selenium. The administration of the essential trace element zinc contributes to maintaining normal vision. The trace element copper and vitamins C and B3 also promote the normal function of the nervous system, including the optic nerve. Vitamins C and E as well as the essential trace elements selenium, copper and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. The composition of the ingredients has been scientifically coordinated and thus offers valuable support in addition to the vital substances consumed through food. This substitution makes sense if the supply of essential nutrients through food is not sufficient.
