Take 2 tablets once a day one hour before or after eating with plenty of liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Note:
People with bleeding disorders (e.g. hemophilia) or who are being treated with anti-coagulant drugs should talk to their doctor about whether they can use Equinovo®.
