ACNE-DERM cream Composition:
1 g of cream contains 200 mg of azelaic acid.

ACNE-DERM cream Functional description:
azelaic acid which contains the active substance has anti-acne and whitening effect for the skin hyperpigmentation. 
Anti-acne mechanism of action is not completely understood, but probably azelaic acid has an antimicrobial effect by the inhibition of cellular protein synthesis aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in particular Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis . Furthermore reduces the amount of azelaic acid microcomedo by normalizing the formation of keratin and by reducing: the thickness of the stratum corneum, the number and size of the granules keratohialiny. 
The bleaching action of the preparation involves the inhibition of tyrosinase activity and mitochondrial enzymes. Azelaic acid can interrupt normal melanocyte hyperactivity. In addition, it has the ability to capture free radicals, which can cause hyperactivity of melanocytes. 

ACNE-DERM cream Indications for use:
Indications for use of the cream is acne (acne vulgaris) and discoloration of the skin (melasma).

Contraindications:
contraindications for use of the preparation is hypersensitive to the active substance, ie. Azelaic acid or excipients included in the substrate.

Dosage:
2 times a day - in the morning and evening, - applying a strip of a cream with approx. 4 cm washed and dry skin; lightly rub the cream into the skin. In case of irritation of the skin cream is applied once a day or interrupt treatment until the adverse reactions abate.
