Composition:
1 g of ointment contains 2 mg of nitrofural. 

Action:
A derivative of nitrofuran with antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (also resistant to sulfonamides and penicillin), also acts on some protozoa (including Trypanosoma ). It has a strong bacteriostatic effect as a result of inhibiting the activity of bacterial enzymes, including on Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli , Streptococcus pyogenes . It does not work on Pseudomonas aeruginosa . After application to the skin, it is absorbed only slightly (about 1%) and excreted in the urine. 

indications:
Preventive and curative in bacterial skin infections, secondary infections of allergic changes, yeast infections, supportive in the treatment of burns and ulcers. 

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to nitrofuran derivatives. 

Adverse reaction:
Local hypersensitivity reactions (pruritus, skin rash) may occur. 

Dosage:
2 times a day, the affected skin is lubricated with a thin layer of ointment. It is recommended to put on a sterile dressing.
