Fred_in_Westland, thank you for your caring attitude, thank you for the wishes. :) Yes, I've accomplished everything I've planned to by this date, and even more...Now, as a reward, a whole month of traveling and good times. :)
self-made, :) Actually, when I got the offer, I still didn't know the last Board's results. But after talking to my friend, I reluctantly put my GPA and school awards and scholarships on my resume. I simply don't believe that good grades in school automatically equate into a great practitioner/employee. But hey, that got their attention...and they also knew I've kept working part-time while in school, so they probably concluded that I am a hard worker and do well under stressful conditions. :) lol
CRAZY_VENUS, good grades at school do not automatically mean a good job. BUT if you don't have any experience, then it's better than nothing. More than that, even if you do have some experience, not putting your grades into your resume might make the potential employers think that you had bad grades, which isn't good. So I always put mine in - both from college and from university back in Ukraine - why not? They don't occupy much space and just make me look smarter :)
