The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will hold public meeting #435 on Tuesday, 14 February.

 

After the meeting is called to order, Executive Director Karen Wells will lead an Administrative Update.

 

The Investigations and Enforcement Bureau will lead the next portion of the meeting.

 

They are set to give an update regarding compliance with the Approved Massachusetts Sports Wagering Catalog.

 

The Legal Division will then cover the determination of Massachusetts boundaries for Category 3 Sports Wagering for geolocation purposes.

 

Commissioner Updates including Chair Cathy Judd-Stein and Commissioners Brad Hill, Jordan Maynard, Eileen O’Brien, and Nakisha Skinner are set to follow, rounding out the meeting.

 

There is time allowed at the end of the meeting for any other business that the Chair did not reasonably anticipate at the time of posting. The Commission reserves the right to vote on these or other matters during the meeting.
