We've all heard that familiar expression, "Good things come to those who wait". Whether you're waiting for your Heinz ketchup to pour out onto your burger (remember those commercials?), waiting for Christmas day to open your gifts, waiting for summer vacation to be let out of school, or waiting in line at the DMV... well, maybe not the DMV, good things will come if you simply allow them to come in their own time.
Under normal circumstances that expression is simply not true. You'll still get your ketchup if you shove the butter knife into the bottle, dragging it out onto your plate; open all your gifts on Christmas Eve; skip that last few pointless days of the school year; or get into the express line at the DMV. The real lesson behind the cliche' is that patience is a virtue.
One instance where it's is true, that good things come to those that wait, is when you are performing search engine optimization. Unlike placing sponsored ads via Google AdWords or Yahoo! Search Marketing, where results are almost instantaneous, the long-term return on investment for SEO is considerably better than most other forms of on- or off-line advertising. Unfortunately, SEO does not produce instantaneous results. And yes, patience is still a virtue.
Optimizing your site for your targeted key phrases won't get you to #1 over night. You won't find all your keywords to rank in the top 10 on Google in just a few days, nor will you get significant traffic improvement at the snap of the fingers. To use a simple analogy, SEO is like boiling water: you don't get a hard boil the moment you turn on the burner, you have to wait for it.
The process of optimizing a site, or just specific pages in a site can take weeks, and that's just the initial optimization phase. In a previous article I wrote about the making of a perfect SEO firm, highlighting all the different jobs that an SEO firm must perform for the optimization process. That article outlined only the overall human resources needed but didn't go into the specific job functions that are required in the SEO process, when performed correctly. Here is where I let that particular cat out of the bag.
Can't Find Your Way Out of a Paper Bag
On the front end of the optimization process hours and hours of research must be performed for each account. Everything from keyword research, industry research, competition research, marketing research, and more, all needs to be completed before any optimization can begin. We often get asked if research time can be shortened if we have performed optimization work for another site in the same industry recently. The short answer to that is, "no."
Every site is constructed different, designed different, laid out different, has a unique history and targets the audience differently. These are all factors that are considered in the multiple levels of research performed. No two sites are the same; therefore no research is the same.
Nothing to Write Home About
A good SEO will actually write or rewrite your page content to properly (and effectively) work in your targeted keyword phrases. A professional writer should be able to take the SEO recommendations for keyword usage and incorporate that into existing content in a way that reads naturally (i.e. does not look as if you just tried to insert keywords here and there for search engine relevance) and maintains the ability to convert your visitors to paying customers. This is no small task and should be done with utmost time and care.
Take It or Leave It
Code bloat removal is probably the most overlooked part of the SEO process. Sure, everybody knows about titles, meta tags, alt tags, etc. and making them all search engine friendly. That's not necessarily a small task either, but many times, eliminating page code bloat is an incredibly daunting task. Moving styles and javascripts is only part of the puzzle. Many times a page has to be almost completely rebuilt due to the excess amount of junk code that was put in place by whatever design programs were used.
Even a Broken Watch is Correct Twice a Day
On top of the code bloat removal process you also want to get your pages to validate to professional HTML standards set by the W3C. Validation is simply ensuring the correct coding elements are used and used correctly. While most validation issues are relatively small, they tend to come in multitudes thorough the site. Larger validation issues can often take time and substantial finessing of the code in order to correct.
All Things Being Equal
Site maps, custom 404-redirects and robots.txt files are all important to the overall construction of your site, even if they don't necessarily have a direct effect on the actual on-page optimization of your site. Site maps help both search engines and visitors quickly and easily get to the information that is important. A custom 404 redirect eliminates that annoying "page not found" error and lets you keep visitors on your site if they somehow access a page via a bad link. The robots.txt file is useful to communicate with the search engine spiders about content they should or should not index. This allows the search engines to focus its time on the good stuff and not the irrelevant portions of your site.
There's More Here than Meets the Eye
There are a lot of details that I left out simply because it can't all be addressed in a single article, but you can get the gist of the amount work that goes into just the initial optimization of a site. Depending on the size of the site or the number of pages being optimized, the processes above can take several weeks to a few months to compete. Going back to our boiling water analogy, you just filled the pot, now its time to put the pot on the stove.
Very rarely is search engine optimization a one-time-only process, but takes a continuous ongoing effort to build site relevance, evaluate performance, analyze effectiveness, and adjust the campaign accordingly to achieve and maintain top rankings against active competitors and substantial algorithm changes.
There are Plenty of Fish in the Sea
Link building and management is an important aspect to the total optimization campaign. Optimizing your site without considering your link campaign is like trying to drive a car without tires. You don't need great tires to make the car move forward, but you have to have some kind of tires in place, unless you're towing your car on a flatbed truck. Same holds true for a web site, it can be a great site but without links you just won't perform in the natural search results. (Just to complete the analogy, we can say that sponsored ads and off line marketing efforts are the flatbed truck.)
Linking has gotten more and more complex as the search engines fight link spam and seek to improve relevance. Whether you seek out one-way or reciprocal links, linked articles or directory submissions, or "authority" links, link building is a very time consuming process that undergoes constant re-evaluations. A good link today may not be a good link tomorrow, not because it was never a good link but because the linking site might become irrelevant to the search engines or become a search spammer, or whatever reason. A good half to two-thirds of the monthly man-hours assigned to ongoing optimization can easily be focused specifically on the link campaign.
Look at Both Sides of the Coin
Unless you are targeting no more than a single phrase for any given page of your site, inevitably it will take some finesse to achieve top rankings for all phrase being targeted. Good keyword research in the set-up process can greatly improve the ability to archive top rankings for multiple phrases per page, but no matter what there will always be certain elements working against each other. Adjust one phrase here and another one drops. Adjust that phrase and still another phrase drops.
With time, a good SEO will be effective at getting your keywords ranked well against the competition. That's half the battle. The rest comes as new or existing competitors amp up their optimization efforts in order to take back what was achieved and as search engines adjust their algorithms. We've all heard of sites losing rankings with algo adjustments, even those that have never spammed. It happens and its the job of the SEO to see these things coming and adjust the site accordingly and should rankings dip, to move in and get them back in place.
Wait with Baited Breath
Again, this is just scratching the surface of what goes into the monthly optimization campaign. But all of these adjustments work over time. Even more so once you consider "sandboxing" and "aging delays" that are becoming a staple in the search engine algorithms.
If You're Not Part of the Solution, You're Part of the Problem
Don't expect instant results with your optimization campaign. Many SEOs require a six or twelve month contract, simply because they know it can often take that much time to show solid results for all of your keywords. Expecting great results any sooner is simply wishful thinking.
We all heard the saying, "A watch pot never boils." Well, in reality, it'll take the same amount of time to boil as an unwatched pot, but it just seems longer because you're there looking at it. Once you hire your SEO company, let them do their job and walk away. Don't completely forget about them and check in from time to time just so you know what's going on (and your SEO knows that you expect results), but just give it time for the process to work.
Go work on your site, your business and other marketing efforts. While your SEO is working to make your site successful in the search engines, look for other ways to bring success to you and, to use another cliche'; don't put all your eggs in one basket. Search engine optimization should not be your only hope for success.
If you have done your research and chosen the right SEO company success will come, but only with time. Be willing to let the process work its course and good things will come... by the boatload.

Google Search Engine had been used by people from a longer time period and at the same time its history of the search engine had been laid back from about 1945. This came into being from a lot of effort of two students and thus after the approval of their efforts it came into being. The search engine had been in the running phase for a greater extent and during its running phase it was used by many people and thus till now it is also used by a larger number of populations. Before Google came into being it was given many new names but later on its name changed onto Google and then it was introduced among all the people and its popularity increased too.
On this search engine people can find each and everything which could not be found through other search engines. Moreover it can be found out that Google has one of the greatest numbers of shares among all the other search engine companies and thus this search engines is becoming famous and known to all people on daily basis. Around the world Google runs in many different parts of the world and Google in Canada had made the lives of people quite simple and throughout this they can search everything they want to gaze at their usage. People had said that they like this very much and through this people can see the type of information they want to see. Google had been awarding different companies as well and even apart from this they had been working a lot.
On the other hand Google have its different home page in all its countries. However Google had gained much of the fame in many different parts of the world and it is anticipated to be liked by many people. Google was the invention of two PhD scholars and their hard work led to many different conclusions. In Canada and America Google is used to a greater extent and it is liked by many people more than there. Currently Google is trying to invest in many different projects and back in 2008 it invested its much of the money in a project which was basically and energy project.

http://esbensen22hines.xtgem.com/__xt_blog/__xtblo...6-google-search-engine#xt_blog
Several weeks ago the question of a new Google case sensitive search started appearing in a couple of message boards. I've noticed this phenomenon myself especially over the last two weeks when working on a particular customer's website.
This issue impacted communication with the customer. At first, I thought it was a matter of the client and myself looking at results from two different data centers. Then I realized that the client was using capital letters in some words but not in others while searching and this impacted the results in Google.
For years, Google and the other search engines have stated that their searches are not case sensitive. But, now that seems not to be the case for some keyword phrases. You'll have to note, however, that not all keyword phrases are impacted by the use or non-use of capital letters.
I've experimented somewhat with this and the results are mixed. Those who have weighed in on the message boards have also reported mixed results as well. There is a thread on the Digital Point forum that talks about this issue and the use of "Cool Time" versus "cool time" while searching Google.
Some people report seeing different results while others don't. I can verify that I do see different results from these two searches. For me, when doing this search, the first two spots in the SERPs are the same, while the third spot on down are a bit different.
There are also threads over at Search Engine Watch and Webmaster World that are reporting the phenomenon but not the impact of the same issue. Now, the first question that pops to mind is "why?" What is the motivation for having a Google case sensitive search?
Right now, I can only speculate. Perhaps this is one attempt to thwart blog comment or message board spam? Or, perhaps this is an attempt to differentiate between a company's official name or a product name and a generic word.
The impact of this Google case sensitive search could be large for some sites. Perhaps their company name is part of their primary homepage key phrase and they rank well when using capital letters for their company name. But, suppose most searchers type in lower case and the same website doesn't rank as well in lower case.
This also brings to mind another question. Will link-builders now have to use anchor text with both upper and lower case letters in order to achieve optimal results in the Google SERPs? Do capital letters now affect the title and meta tag areas?
For many business owners case sensitive search will be a non-issue. But, for those that are affected knowing the answers to these questions may have a very large impact on their bottom lines.

Search engine optimization involves many components including linking, keyword research, content development, page titles, and other methods used to improve your search engine rankings. All of these methods can increase your results piece by piece but there is a way to combine many of these elements into an SEO method that can improve your web ranking and drive targeted traffic to your web site. This method is designing a site map to be used with your other search engine optimization efforts. Knowing how a site map can help you improve your SEO results will help you to better design your site map and make it conform to the guidelines of ethical and successful SEO.
Site Maps Defined
A site map is a graphical or textual representation of each of the pages on your web site. Site maps can be very complex and include professional graphics and they can also be very simple and have only text. A site map helps people find the information they are looking for on your web site. You can use a site map to incorporate some of the major components of SEO and improve your search engine rankings in the long run.
Site Maps & Text
Text-based site maps are the most effective for search engine optimization purposes. This is because you can use your chosen keywords in both the content of the site map and in each link to other pages within your site. If you have carefully chosen your keywords, implementing them into your site map can benefit your search engine optimization efforts and help improve your search engine rankings.
Site Maps & Links
Links are a very important part of successful search engine optimization. When search engine crawlers visit your web site, they look for links that can be used to help determine the relevance of pages and assist with search engine indexing. If you build a web site and have a link to each one of your other pages, this can improve your web rankings and make it easier for search engines to find your site when people search for the keywords you use on your web site.
Site Maps and Content
You can also use site maps to your advantage by writing keyword-optimized descriptions of each page that you are linking to from the site map itself. Your descriptions can include several keywords that describe your products and services and make it easier for people visiting your web site to find what they need. In addition to helping you optimize your web site, site maps are a valuable resource for visitors to your site.
Professional SEO Consulting
If you're not sure how using a site map fits in with your search engine optimization strategy, you should consider hiring a professional SEO consulting firm. Google is a Beast! The King of all search engines! If you have an Online Business, then Google can make your job a heck of a lot easier! But how can you beat the veterans at their own game?
To be notice you need to get on the first page of any search engine. And no! I am not talking about pay-per-clicks. That is a very competitive environment that can cost you more to run a campaign then you will receive in income!
So, what can you do to boost your ranking with Google? First, everyone knows about the basics, keywords, density, and new content. This will help your ranking with Google, but most people don't know about the other things that can boost your ranking.
First, what you already know, keywords and keyword phrases.
If you look closely, I have used "To Boost your ranking with Google" three times already. Why, because that is how you found me! Out of all the websites and blogs, this keyword phrase that I have been using has directed my page to you.
You want to pick out about three keywords or phrases that will explain what you are writing about. You want to sprinkle them around to keep your density up. Do not abuse the system though as I found out the hard way what Google spiders will do!
Your keywords should be something the average searcher will type. For example, you might write something about lower back pain right. If you use one of Googles free tool to find out good keywords like keyword track and type in lower back pain, it will give you all the keywords that are associated with that phrase. You want to pick the highest ones and use those.
I know, I know, "But, Gary, isn't everyone else using the same keywords?" Yes! But I'd rather play the game then be in a league of my own with no fans. Think about it. If your talking about lower back pain, you want to pick a keyword like lower back pain not Erector Spinae pain. People won't search for that.
Next, is your density. To Boost your ranking with Google, you want your keywords density to be about 4 % of your entire article. This will boost your chance without putting you in the red.
When Googles spiders look for your keyword, they like to see it a lot. That will tell the spiders that this is what this article is about. You can use a tool from Google. Just type in keyword density and use the free ones.
Next is your content. To Boost your ranking with Google, you must change your content regularly. Googles spiders hate left over night. Get the picture. Even if you have to right your articles over and over again putting more and more information in the mix, if it's keeping you on the first page then go for it!
Now, the good stuff! Back links! What is a back link? A Back link is another blog or website that is comparable to your site or niche. This is a lot like a tag-team event. You are buddy backing off of one another to Boost your ranking with Google. If you get about three or more back links this will definitely power up your Google ranking.
Simply contact the owner of the page and present the offer. But, be sure to buddy up with people that have a slightly better page rank then you. If you go the other route then your page will suffer. A thousand ones are only a thousand, but a hundred tens, in Google eyes, are ten thousand!
Next are Article Hubs. If you want to Boost your ranking with Google, not submitting articles to Article Hubs is a mortal sin! This mostly free technique is the Grandfather of buddy backing. Your article, with a back link to your website, will push you up and beyond the rest! Article Hubs are Google spider's favorite five-course meal.
This is what the gurus do and why this is such a hidden piece of information.

If you follow our articles, you will know we regularly express the importance of creating high quality content.
This practice is not just a means of sharing information which will attract more followers and customers to your door. It is also a way of building up your authority within your own niche area. By showing potential customers your expertise through the content you create, you are positioning yourself as a leading voice and authority within your area of business or industry.
This article shares some ways you can present yourself as a knowledgeable expert, and exert your authority as a trusted professional online. We hope our suggestions will help you rise above the competition and separate yourself from the crowd.
We believe that by showing your professionalism in your field, you will be helping to build a solid relationship with your customers. They will be able to trust what you are selling if they can trust what you are saying. Because of this however, it is vitally important that you maintain the quality of your content. Any inaccuracies or lapses in professionalism could back fire seriously, and cause more damage than good.
The goal is to use your content to help you become more recognizable. This is obviously done using a strong brand, but it can also be done by creating a regular stream of content that answers readers' questions, highlights current issues within your industry, or provides hints and tips that will help your customers. Blogs and article sections on your website are an excellent way to do this. They will help you to build up your authority and over time, you will build up a following that will regularly check in to read what you have to say. If you need an example of this, think about Google's Matt Cutts. He has a huge following and through high quality, cutting edge content, he has become an authority, and a voice to be listened to on the internet.
Take time and carefully craft your content. Each article should have a clear message. It should be written using perfect grammar and spelling, in the language of your choice. We should say however, that in addition to posting your article in your native tongue, it is a good idea to post it in English, especially if you are hoping to attract an international clientele.
Collaboration with other experts in your field is another way to build authority. If you are seen to be creating interesting, fresh, and relevant content with other well-known names from your industry, it will lend credence and kudos to your name too. Guest blogging can also achieve this result, but exercise caution when guest blogging. Choose where your articles appear carefully, and maintain control of the content so you can maintain the quality. Partnership working has huge advantages, especially online, so consider teaming up with some leading lights within your industry to present a range of interesting and enlightening articles to your target customers. This tactic will also help you to gain respect from your peers, and that can lead to many exciting developments for your business.
Opinions vary, but we believe there is still value in a regular email newsletter, if it is quality! People will not relegate you to the Junk pile if your email arrives in a timely fashion, and contains information which will interest and inform them. The best way to pick up tips on how to produce an excellent email newsletter is to subscribe to a few from leading brands and companies, and have a look at what they are doing.
Make a note of the emails you read, the ones you ignore, and the ones that annoy or irritate you! Then, break these observations down into key points and actions that you can follow to improve your own newsletter. Sign up for the daily email newsletter from Mashable.com. They are masters at creating news and sharing news. You will pick up some fantastic tips from them.
Don't be afraid of video. Video is powerful content, and creating a well-produced piece of video footage does not have to cost a fortune. Today, we all have the ability to film, edit and upload a good quality video. Even simple PowerPoint slideshows can be turned into videos. Think about what you want to say, and how you can say it visually. Videos are attracting huge audiences, are popular items to share on social media, and can quickly become viral if the content is good.
Do you feel you could lead a webinar? Instead of being one of the attendees, why not consider holding one. You would be surprised how many people will sign up for a webinar if it is covering a specific subject they are interested in. Spend some time researching the webinars already being run for your industry. In the SEO and internet marketing industry, webinars are almost at saturation point! But there are many other businesses that could benefit from providing this service online. Consider how you could share your knowledge with others, and what you could teach them.
Have fun developing your content, building your voice, and your authority online. Over time it will have a positive effect on your following, your business, and your revenue.

Ever wonder what makes up the pieces of Google's search results? Before that question can be answered, the process of how Google delivers results must be understood. There are three key processes in delivering search engine results.
First, Google "crawls" the World Wide Web and accumulates information about websites and their content. The program Google uses to accomplish this task is referred to as Googelbot. Googlebot uses an algorithmic process to determine which sites to crawl, and how many pages to read from each site. Next Google compiles a massive index of all the words and locations of the sites it crawled.
When a Google user enters a query, Google returns a result they feel is most relevant. The results that are displayed are referred to as Snippets. In general, Google reserves the right to display what they feel is best for their users. However, you have a great deal of control about what is displayed about your agency on Google.
There are three primary components that make up a Snippet.
Title
The first line of the Snippet is the title. The title displayed comes from the title of your webpage. We have found many websites where the designer will overlook this very important step when designing websites for their customers. Webpages not titled will appear in search results with the title as "Untitled" or "Home Page" which does not encourage the consumer to click. Whereas a title listing your agency name and a slogan or short concise description of what your agency offers would encourage the consumer to click and learn more about your insurance agency.
Description
The description listed by Google typically comes from one of three places.
Open Directory - If for some reason, when Google attempts to "crawl" a site and they are unable to read it, Google will then sometimes rely on the Open Directory Project, which is listed at http://www.dmoz.org
Within the Page - Sometimes, Google pulls the description from within the page. Google determines what part of the page it will use so the description gives some context as to what the page contains.
Meta Description Tag - the most preferred method and where you have the most control of what description is displayed is the Meta Description Tag which is included in the code of your website. By including a Meta Description Tag, you have the ability to dictate what is displayed about your site.
Link Displayed
The last component displayed is the link to your website or the page on your website that meets the searchers' query. Providing a descriptive URL is another key aspect to converting a searcher. For instance, a URL such as www.sampleinsurancewebsite.com/page.php?id=5134, doesn't tell the searcher they have landed in the right spot, whereas a URL such as www.sampleinsurancewebsite.com/automobile/car_insurance_quote.aspx will.

Google's View of Paid Backlinks |
https://tanie-pozycjonowanie.eu/
Since Google continues to view back links as one of their most highly regarded ranking factors in their search engine results, many in-experienced webmasters have opted to taking the chance on using paid back links.
Today we see numerous businesses actually purchasing back links from link farms or other questionable sources offering instant back links for a monthly fee. The only problem is, Google will penalize you for using paid backlinks. How are they able to figure out if you're doing so you might ask?
Here are some of the ways Google use to detect if you have paid links pointing to your website:
1. Other websites broadcast over the internet what are called spam reports
Why is this done? Google has noted on their website that they appreciate other webmasters informing them of websites that are taking advantage of paid links.
2. Of their over 28,000 employees, Google assigns many of them to actually detect websites who are attempting to manipulate search engine results by using paid back links.
3. Google actually has the ability to determine if a website is taking advantage of paid backlinks.
Once they determine that certain websites are using paid links, they will no doubt in the future change their algorithm so they can easily determine if a website is trying to manipulate the search engine results.
Here's what Google has to say regarding paid links: "Google works hard to ensure that it fully discounts links intended to manipulate search engine results, such as excessive link exchanges and purchased links that pass Page Rank. If you see a site that is buying or selling links that pass Page Rank, let us know. We'll use your information to improve our algorithmic detection of such links."
As most experienced webmasters realize, it takes a lot of time and effort to have a successful link building program. Google knows that and will likely rank your website higher if you don't use those type of tactics. Backlink tools do however exist that can assist you to hasten the link building process so that you can receive good quality back links as efficiently and quickly as possible. Some link building programs exist to play on Google's algorithm and that's exactly why they will punish your website should they find out that your website is involved in that type of practice. Since you're taking the time to use SEO to improve your website's search engine rankings, don't cheat the system. Whatever you do, stay completely away from automatic link building programs. You will be glad you did.

How To Find Good Keywords |
https://tanie-pozycjonowanie.eu/
Good keywords are frequently searched for (high demand) but not being targeted by many other websites (low competition). There are a number of tools out there that can help you find them.
Wordtracker
The best tool out there, Wordtracker is one of the most essential SEO tools. To use Wordtracker:
- Go to the Wordtracker website (http://www.wordtracker.com)and pay $7 for 24 hours' access
- Enter a keyword phrase you're thinking about targeting
- Wordtracker will suggest hundreds of related phrases - click on the ones you like
- Once you've clicked on all the phrases you like, run them through the program
- Wordtracker will compile a score for each phrase, based on the number of users searching for it and the number of websites targeting it
- The higher the score, the better the keyword phrase!
Wordtracker also offers a free service which works in the same way but only uses results generated from MSN.
Overture
Also useful, Overture's search term suggestion tool (http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/), is free and much quicker to use than Wordtracker. It works in much the same way as Wordtracker but doesn't tell you how many websites are targeting each keyword phrase.
Google
Google AdWords Keyword Suggestions (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordSandbox) tell you which keyword phrases are being targeted by other websites.

How Much Does Good SEO Cost For a Highly Sort After Keywords |
https://tanie-pozycjonowanie.eu/
I've recently been asked to give a quote to do SEO for a site selling health insurance. I was not given any other prerequisites just how much would SEO cost. Quoting for SEO is a little like quoting to build a house, it all depends on what the outcome the clients wants. Do they want a small 1 bedroom apartment or a 30 bedroom estate home with all the trimmings. The biggest factor is competition. Health Insurance has a lot of websites and businesses all trying to get a cut of the pie, many of the websites have been around for years for have seniority over a new site in Googles eyes anyway.
But ranking on Google on the first page can be done, if a client has the money to invest in it, of course it can be done. I would even go onto say that they could rank in first place of a Google search result, knocking Blue Shield CA out of first place, for health insurance; I could do that, if and only if, I had the resources, but even then I still can't give an accurate quote. The big question is what keywords you want first page or first place. Most business have little idea which keywords are best, or the ones they do think would be worthwhile, in fact aren't.
But lets say for this example "Health Insurance California". The first step is to do that exact search and research who's ranking on the first page now for that term. Also look at the sites that are using pay per click, and find out what they are paying for adwords. Then look at the various ways of doing that search, "California Health Insurance" "Health Insurance California Family" Health Insurance California single person" "Health Insurance California self employed" the list goes on.
There are some big company names on the first page of Google, and pay per click business are paying between $250 and $3.4k for advertising a DAY. Average price for a click is $6.34. Round that off to $6 for easy figuring. Realistically if you are looking at even the mid range of pay per click of $1000 a day, if you are looking at saving $35 k a month on adwords, you can't really expect to pay an SEO $2500 to do it. Yet you would be flabbergasted at how many people do expect that kind of deal. And what's more clients expect first page results within a few weeks... taint going to happen.
As a general rule of thumb though, an investment of 4 months of a mid-range pay per click, would get some impressive results. Ok, how much are we looking at for this example? $1k a day, for 120 days. $120k. That's actually a little high for good results, but there isn't any business that would spend $120k on getting their site to rank well in Google for say 50 different keywords or keyword terms. That taint going to happen either.
In the real business world $120 isn't that much money, you can bet that Blue Shield would spend more than that on newspaper advertising probably a week. The internet is a wonderful thing, and there are cazillions of opportunities out there, you just have to have either money to invest in a website, or be willing to put the work in yourself.
I often suggest to clients that want SEO like this they use an SEO consulting service, they do the work, and the consultant just tells them what to do. I have some clients that have gotten some very impressive SEO results, and saved themselves 10's of thousands of dollars in the interim.

Does Your Website Smell of Bacon |
https://tanie-pozycjonowanie.eu/
Imagine the scene, it's a beautiful sunny crisp February morning, you're enjoying a quiet stroll in the countryside, your breath is forming a small cloud each time you exhale, and you feel a general sense of well-being as you start to notice the faintest smell, a delicious desirable familiar scent and you wonder, what does that remind me of?
You walk a bit further, the smell growing ever stronger and you ask yourself, what is that wonderful odour? You carry on, and as you get closer you hear it, a familiar sound, and you put two and two together, the sound, the smell, the unmistakeable sizzling and crackling, of bacon rashers, frying in a pan and you feel your stomach start to rumble. Someone walks around the corner just ahead of you, biting into a steaming hot delicious crispy bacon butty and your mouth waters and you think, I've just got to have one of those right now.
All very appetising, but what has this got to do with Web Design and SEO?
The point is a winning web site is a web site that will attract visitors from a distance, (SEO and promotion), and compel them to take action. Just like the delicious smell of bacon cooking draws you in from a distance, a well planned SEO strategy will draw in targeted prospects to your web site and well designed irresistible content will compel them to take action.
How can I get my website to smell like sizzling bacon?
Just like a delicious crispy bacon butty, it's all about the ingredients.
You will need a good quality website, by good quality I mean it should be well coded, beautiful to look at, user friendly, contain rich and original content and be a call to action for your customers.
You will need a well planned search engine optimisation strategy. This subject itself is a series of articles, but here are a few key points you need to consider.
Understanding your business objectives
You need to know what you want to achieve form your SEO. This gives you the opportunity to establish your goals and understand your business and its unique challenges.
Check your web site for code issues
One of the least obvious mentioned areas of SEO is poor web design. A web site may look wonderful on the surface, but if the code is poorly written or contains lots of redundant code, or the site lacks text, has duplicate content or just has poor quality content, all of these can have a devastating effect on your ranking.
Keyword research
It is extremely important to understand the keywords and phrases that your customers are using. There are a variety of available tools to achieve this. In doing this kind of research you can target those keywords within your web site. We often find during this process keyword phrases that are used by our customers but not used by competitors. Always a bonus!
Detailed analysis of competition
Looking at your competitors web sites, especially those that rank at the top can provide valuable insights. For example, you can find out who links to them, what search phrases they are strong in (and which are they missing out on). It is always a good idea to know who your competition is and what they are doing!
Installation of site analytic tools
Site analytic tools show you how people found your site, what they searched for or where they clicked from and what pages looked at, how long they stayed and what route they took through your site. Obviously this information is valuable, it's valuable for measuring the whether or not your visitors are finding what they are looking for and whether they are taking action. Imagine you're investing in a Pay Per Click campaign, you really want to know if the visitors you have paid for actually bought something or got in touch.
Review/Create a linking plan
Search engines look at links like they are personal recommendations. If you have plenty of high quality links to your site, it is like having lots of people say "what a great company". It is how they differentiate between two similar competing web sites. Please note though, "high quality links", not all links are equal! We also weed out the ones that may be harming your site!
Creation of search engine sitemaps
Search engines use sitemaps to crawl your web site. That is not to say your website will not be crawled if you do not have one, but all of it will be crawled if you do. Search engines like sitemaps because it speeds up the process.
Creation of Robots File
Robot files tell search engine which pages to visit and which ones to ignore. Sometimes, especially if you have for some important reason duplicate content, it is a good idea to get search engine robots to ignore all but one of the duplicate pages. You do this with a robot.txt file.
Review of current authority
You're probably already an expert at what you do, but does your web site reflect that, and more importantly does it reflect it to the search engines. The more of an expert you are as assessed by the information on your web site, the more quality traffic and links you will receive, the more important your site will be perceived, the higher up the rankings you will go.
On page optimisation
You will need to optimise each page to make them a search engine friendly as possible for a particular key word set.
A review of available site statistics
If you check your existing site statistics and analytics (assuming you have some). There is usually a wealth of information available the you can use to boost your current rankings.
