Решил я обновить программное обеспечение (Firmware) на своей фотокамере. Теперь и это возможно. Как обычно, первым делом читаю инструкцию. С некоторого времени я начал это делать, хотя раньше делал это в последнюю очередь, (когда ничего не получалось).

Читаю:

Read the terms, and then connect your digital camera to your computer using the bundled USB cable. If the camera does not automatically power on, turn on the camera. If you are updating an E-System camera, including an OLYMPUS PEN camera, be sure to attach all components you wish to update (lens, flash, etc.) before connecting the camera to the computer. Do not attach more than two lenses to the camera.

Так вот, или я чего-то не понимаю, или& В инструкции черным на английском написано Не соединяй больше чем две линзы (объектива) к камере

Интересно, как можно к ней присоединить больше чем одну линзу?

Или во время апгрейда можно менять объективы?

В общем, отстал я от жизни и очень заметно отстал.

Я это утянул у своего очень хорошего и давнего друга. Мы знакомы с ней больше двадцати лет.

Очень трогательная история, случившаяся недавно в Израиле. Заслуживaet отдельного Голливудского сюжета. Здесь есть все  и хеппиэнд, и героизм воинов ЦАХАЛ, и человеческая скромность, и божественное вмешательство &.

Йони, солдат Армии обороны Израиля, был на рассвете ранен

снайпером-террористом на посту в Хевроне.

Было пять тридцать утра. Все в расположении спали крепким сном, никто не услышал выстрела. Потерявший сознание Йони истекал кровью и медленно умирал.

Единственным, кто услышал выстрел, был ефрейтор из соседнего подразделения. Он решил посмотреть, что произошло — и подоспел вовремя.

Йони был еще жив. Солдат, как мог, пытался остановить кровь и одновременно звал на помощь. Он буквально держал жизнь товарища в своих руках.

Через какое-то время приземлился вертолет. Потребовалось не более получаса, чтобы доставить солдата вместе со спасшим его ефрейтором в беер-шевский госпиталь. Операция прошла успешно, и вскоре Йони лежал в палате.

Сотрудники госпиталя позвонили его родителям. Представьте себе страх отца и матери, которым сообщили о ранении их сына! Уже через несколько минут их машина виляла по загруженной дороге, постоянно подавая сигналы.

В госпитале их встретил хирург, который сообщил, что опасность позади.

Мать Йони рыдала, пока хирург объяснял, что, не подоспей на помощь другой солдат, их сын был бы мертвым. Произошло чудо: парень услышал звук выстрела, который не услышал никто другой, и оказался там, где он больше всего был нужен.

Я нисколько не пытаюсь обидеть ни РЕН-ТВ, ни Марианну Максимовскую. Спрашиваю, потому что очень далек сейчас от России и еще дальше от российского телевидения.

Вопрос: какого направления программа и как честно они относятся к информации?

Заранее прошу прощения у РЕН-ТВ и у Марианны Максимовской. Своими вопросами я ни в коем случае не пытаюсь никого обидеть. Вопросы только от моей удаленности от России и попытка хоть немного восполнить мое незнание сегодняшней России и ее СМИ.

Я тогда уже болел, в смысле, болезнь уже проявлялась вовсю, и я уже привыкал лежать.

Ностальгических.

Потому что настроение совсем не праздничное, но вот, совершенно случайно в своих залежах обнаружил фотографии.

Скорее всего, я их уже показывал, но& На всякий случай, еще раз. Думаю, ничего страшного не произойдет, если это уже было.

То, о чем нас всех предупреждали вчера,  случилось сегодня. Сейчас на улице творится что-то невообразимое:  дождь со снегом и с очень сильным ветром. Ветер такой, что все то, что падает сейчас с неба, падает под очень большим углом. Вы когда-нибудь видели дождь, который падает почти параллельно земле?

Вот сейчас у нас оно такое и есть.

Вот не верю я в корспирологию, однако, постоянно натыкаюсь на что-то, очень конспирологическое.

К примеру, наткнулся на фильм Dark Legacy. Фильм об убийстве JFK. И самое любопытное  в фильме раскрывается связь убийц, как бы вы думали с кем?

С Бушем Папой. Старшим, то есть.

А что меня больше всего потрясло в этом фильме, так это факт, что тело Президента, которое было отправлено самолетом из Далласа в Вашингтон, по дороге кто-то ковырялся в голове Президента, видимо вытаскивали пули. И все это происходило на виду у Охраны Президента (Secret Service)

Я уже почти забыл об этом, но Большой Брат не забывает ничего. Это я о той моей ситуации, где SSA затребовал от меня вернуть им более $3000 . Потом решение изменили и я все ждал, когда же начнут вычитать.

Вот, прошло почти 9 месяцев и сегодня я получил письмо от SSA о том, что начиная с января наступающего, 2013-ого года, они будут вычитать из каждого присланного ими чека 10%. Пока не вычтут все, что я им должен.

Все помнит Большой Брат.

Увидел сейчас на нашем почтовом ящике надпись:

 LESS YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA

Сразу не сообразил, что в надписи нет одной буквы. Однако, смысл в этой тоже какой-то проглядывается.

Сегодня поставил новую версию Kaspersky Mobile Security. Замечу, платную версию программы.

Теперь эту программу ни деактивировать, ни удалить нельзя. Пишет, что никак она не может работать с SD карты, хотя она установлена не на нее.

В общем, отзывы посмотрите сами.

Почему-то перестало кросспоститься в Фейсбук. Кстати, вчера обратил внимание на то, что мой ЖЖ уже не платный, хотя, как мне кажется, он им был.

Это у всех так или я один?

Сейчас кроме звука сирен от машин, который почти сливается в одну длиную и тревожную сирену, не слышно ничего.

Все ищут стрелка, который был в маске.

То, о чем я думал и даже с кем-то об этом говорил  потихоньку сбывается.

СССР развалился тихо, никого не задев, если не считать тех, кто жил в той стране. Люди страдали, но  каждый выживал по-своему. Без стрельбы тоже не обошлось, но то были, в основном, бандитские разборки, дележ власти. Насколько мне помнится, власть в то время, как бы, самоустранилась или.. слилась с бандитами. Тогда они были почти неотличимы друг от друга.

Америка  богатая страна. Люди почти не умеют жить в тех условиях, в которых жили люди в СССР, да и, впрочем, остальная часть мира.

Теперь представим на минуту, (только на минуту и не более), что Америка, как империя,  развалилась. (Все империи разваливаются, рано или поздно).

Что из этого выйдет?!

А теперь прибавьте к этому кучу оружия на руках у американцев..

CLACKAMAS, Ore. – A gunman shot and killed two people and critically injured a third person at Clackamas Town Center mall on Tuesday afternoon.

The shooter was also killed, according Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Rhodes. It’s not clear if the shooter was shot by deputies or shot himself.

Deputies received a flurry of 9-1-1 calls around 3:30 p.m. about a shooter in the mall. They quickly responded and divided up into small teams to track down the shooter, Rhodes said.

Rhodes did not release any details about the three victims or any details about the shooter, other than to say he is a male.

After the shooter was killed, deputies searched the mall room-by-room looking for anyone else who might be injured or hiding.

We will search this mall until we are certain it is secure and everyone has been removed, Rhodes said.

Witnesses describe the scene

Nadia Teleguz, who was in the mall at the time of the shooting, said a family friend was shot by the gunman.

My friends sister got shot, Teleguz said. Shes on her way to OHSU. Theyre saying she got shot in her side and so its not life-threatening, so shell be OK.

An Oregon Health and Science University spokeswoman confirmed that one patient arrived at the hospital in stable condition and was taken to the intensive care unit.

An employee at a store in the mall, Evan Walters, was locked inside a store with about 10 others just a few feet away from where the shooting happened.

Walters said at least 20 shots were fired.

It was kind of surreal because we hear pops and loud noises all the time because were right here by the food court, but its never been anything like that,” he said. “It was very definite gun shots. I think most all of us knew it was gunshots. There really was no rhyme or reason to them. There were many in a row.

He saw two people who had been shot and killed. Walters and other store employees brought out sheets from the store to place over the victims.

Everyones just trying to stick together and be as calm as possible for people & I dont know what else to say,” Walters said. “Its just kind of scary. Were just trying to be as strong as we can and hopefully well be out of this as soon as possible.

Amber Tate said she was coming out of Macy’s and standing by her car when she spotted a gunman, who was wearing a camo shirt and what looked like a bulletproof vest. Tate said he looked like a teenager.

“The parking lot was a mess,” she said. “It was just super scary.”

Tate, who didnt hear any shots fired, said at first, she thought the gunman was wearing a paintball vest.

But then I saw all these people running out screaming and people grabbing their kids and crying and trying to get into their cars as fast as they could, she said.

KATU reporter Anna Canzano said her husband, Oregonian sports columnist John Canzano, was pulling up to the mall when the shooting happened. He said people reported hearing around 60 shots from the food court.

Hundreds of people were evacuated from the building.

A man named Sam said he was at the mall shopping at GameStop when the shooting happened.

A bunch of people were screaming and running by and kind of in a panic and they were yelling that there was a shooting, he said.

Canzano reported seeing people at the mall crying and distraught as police officers swarmed the mall.

Rhodes said anyone who witnessed the shooting should get in contact with the Clackamas County Sheriffs Office by calling (503) 655-8211.

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary.

My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejewelled trees, Christmas trees. I dont feel threatened. I dont feel discriminated against. Thats what they are, Christmas trees.

It doesnt bother me a bit when people say, “Merry Christmas” to me. I dont think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it. It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesnt bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach house in Malibu. If people want a crib, its just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.

I dont like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I dont think Christians like getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I cant find it in the Constitution and I dont like it being shoved down my throat.

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we arent allowed to worship God? I guess thats a sign that Im getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little different: This is not intended to be a joke; its not funny, its intended to get you thinking.

Billy Grahams daughter was interviewed on the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her: “How could God let something like this happen?” (regarding Hurricane Katrina). Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said: “I believe God is deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years weve been telling God to get out of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?”

In light of recent events& terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray OHare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she didnt want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbour as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldnt spank our children when they misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spocks son committed suicide). We said an expert should know what hes talking about. And we said okay.

Now were asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they dont know right from wrong, and why it doesnt bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the worlds going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send jokes through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.

Are you laughing yet?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because youre not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than what God thinks of us.

Pass it on if you think it has merit.

If not, then just discard it&. no one will know you did. But if you discard this thought process, dont sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is in.

Сегодня принесли мне ДВД с фильмом Day Watch (Дневной дозор). С огромным трудом заставил себя посмотреть только 10 минут фильма. Почему заставил, спросите вы? Девушка принесшая фмльм, очень восхищалась и советовала. К тому же, она затратила усилия и свое время, чтобы этот фильм мне принести.

Более горячечного бреда я не встречал. Это я о впечатлениях от фильма.

Прим. Ни одной книги Лукьяненко я не прочитал. О чем нисколько не жалею.

Надеюсь, я не ошибся? Фильм снят по его книге?
