According to the results of the tender procedure, the Department of Infrastructure Development and Housing and Public Utilities of the Odessa Regional State Administration has determined the construction contractor for the restoration works of the Akkerman Fortress.

 

The winner of the tender was the construction company Vidbudova LLC. The contract amount was 7 million 749 thousand 944 hryvnia. The leaders of the company are Roman and Arsen Gevorgyan.

 

Also, PJSC “SBMU No. 33“ Odessbud ”took part in the competition with a price offer of 7 million 917 thousand 388 hryvnias, and the company“ Panstroy ”offered to perform restoration work for 7 million 52 thousand 415 hryvnias. However, having offered the lowest price, Panstroy did not provide the relevant documents for permission to perform works of increased danger and for the operation (use) of machines, mechanisms, equipment of increased danger.

High-priority emergency restoration measures to prevent the destruction of structures in the northwestern part of the Akkerman fortress in the Citadel zone in the city of Belgorod-Dniester, the Vidbudova company will start on January 1, 2016.

 

The project provides for the development of soil loading onto dump trucks with excavators, soil compaction with rubble, construction of reinforced concrete bored piles with a diameter of 600 mm, length up to 16 m in stable soils, production of reinforcing cages of columns and racks of frames with clamps of complex shape using a crane. The contractor will also assemble and disassemble the wooden panel board formwork for laying the concrete mix in the walls and partitions, install drainage trays, water discharge structures, provide slopes and shore protection work.

 

We note that LLC Vidbudova at the end of last year won the tender for the management of architecture and urban planning of the Yuzhnensky city council. Then the company received 10 million 840 thousand hryvnias for a complex of water-protective and anti-landslide measures in Primorsky Park.
