So far I've got nothing but nice things to say about this place. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because some apartments are far nicer than others. That said, my apartments have both been great but I've seen others on the property that are not so, so be sure to see what you're getting before you sign the lease.

I was worried about the parking passes because some reviews said they charged for passes? But they haven't yet so I dont see why they would start now. The apartments themselves have been renovated and look very nice. And lately, management has been taking care of some small maintenance issues, making it even more of a joy to come home. I’ve been living here since last September, but I have been living in rental apartment for the past 8 years. The reason I want to stay in this building for another year is the management and maintenance, which is the most important factor for a comfortable living. Robert the maintenance supervisor is well equipped to handle anything and very quick to respond.
