Charging standards have become rather confusing with all the proprietary standards. This makes me feel more comfortable using the 25w super fast setting on the s21 ultra. No, if you only activate fast charge and use the 25w brick, the notification in the shade says cable charging, and that takes like 2hrs to charge the phone. The 25w charger will only super fast charge, but won't just fast charge. I would have thought it could either one, whichever I have it set to do.
I assume it was defective from the time it came out the box. Please assist me in what i should do, samsung usually doesn’t cover accessories to Samsung phones. It is a type of technology that manages to charge a battery at a higher usb c charger speed than usual. This is an advantage when you need to charge your phone quickly. Usually, this happens because the “power” is increased so that the battery recharges faster by increasing the amperage, the voltage, or both.

Many of these methods are time-consuming or energy intensive and are also either too complicated or too expensive. The Refractance Window Drying technique is a new method of drying; typically used to convert liquid foods and related biomaterials into flakes, powders or sheets. However, its use in drying root tubers needs to be investigated. All the more so, in Africa and Asia, where cassava, yams and potatoes are important food crops; providing energy and food nutrients for over 500 million people. Current root tubers dehydration techniques are lengthy; usually taking a few days.





Mathematical models of drying processes are useful for describing process behavior and extrapolating it to different operating conditions . Despite the fact that these models can provide good regression for experimental data under very specific conditions, there is no way to obtain general equations that describe every product’s drying process . ANN models provide several advantages over conventional modelling techniques, due to their learning abilities and ability to fit nonlinear processes. As a result, ANNs have been found to be more advantageous in predicting drying kinetics accurately and can easily be applied to non-linear processes .
The refractive index mismatch between the water and the food is significantly reduced at the point of contact, resulting in less reflection and increased thermal energy transfer into the food . The RWD system offers better retention of phytochemical parameters compared to other drying technologies . It is a new, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly drying technology that can benefit the food industry when selecting new drying technologies .

This slight difference in wavelengths for the studied temperature range explains the lack of an effect of this factor on the penetration depth. The penetration depth is defined as the depth at which the radiation intensity decays by 37% (1/e) of its initial value . Depending on the material, electromagnetic waves can travel inside the food or be absorbed on its surface . Using (Equation ), the parameters I0 and μ−1 were obtained . According to Figure 6, all films showed high transmittance to radiation, with the heat flux being similar to that of the water. These results agree with those presented by Tsilingiris for PP and LDPE films.
To understand the potential opportunities of RW™ drying in food applications, it is very essential to examine it's effect on different quality characteristics. The present review article summarizes the working principle and the effect of RW™ drying on the retention of bioactive compounds and physicochemical properties of food products. Drying rates at 95°C of 1.32 gg−1min−1 and 0.854 gg−1min−1 at 2 and 3 mm, respectively, for tomato, 0.6 gg−1min−1 and 0.33 gg−1min−1 at 2 and 3 mm for mango pulp were obtained. The dryer had an evaporation rate of 4.63 × 10–4kg/s and 4.25 × 10–4kg/s, the energy of evaporation of 1.05 kW and 0.96 kW and thermal energy efficiency of 25.64% and 21.73% while drying tomato and mango pulps, respectively.

Clermont of Hillsboro, Oregon, pioneered the commercial use of MCD's Refractance Window dryers in 1992 by drying their fruit purees and juices. Today there are commercial Refractance Window dryers helping companies dry a variety of different products from brine shrimp and micro-algae to herbal extracts and dairy by-products. Microscopic structure and solubility is an important characteristic of fruit powders which were significantly affected by the drying process employed (Caparino et al. 2012; Celli et al. 2016). The present study was conducted to determine the physical and microbiological properties of yoghurt powders produced by RW drying, under different conditions, compared with freeze drying. Results showed that flowability, cohesiveness, wettability and solubility values were better in the powder samples produced by RW drying than those produced by freeze drying. However, slight browning occurred in RW-dried yoghurt samples due to the sensitivity of yoghurt to high temperatures during drying. Interpretation of results was performed according to CLSI standard. Polymerase chain reaction was used for determination of mec genes. Fifty samples from 70 tested were positive for Staphylococcus spp. In 30% of the isolated staphylococci, the growth was observed on selective media with cefoxitin as well as on MRSA2 Agar.

Innovative refractance window drying technology

Hot air oven was used to determine residual moisture in mango leather after completion of drying process. Desirable moisture content in the mango should be in the range of 15–25% to categorise it as intermediate moisture food (Shende et al. 2016; Kaur et al. 2017). The leaves were washed with potable water; the outer layer rind was removed from the gel; then, slabs 25 mm long, 15 mm wide, and of two thicknesses were prepared. A slab geometry was selected, as it is an easy way to cut the sample at an industrial level. In addition, this was the geometry analyzed for the mathematical modeling of the drying kinetics. Different studies on energy consumption and energy efficiency of RW drying have concluded that in comparison with different conventional drying methods, RW drying is a very energy efficient choice .
Refractance Window drying equipment costs up to 80% less and uses significantly less energy compared to other drying methods. Rehydration ratio of dried black carrot ranged from 4.99 to 6.30. The minimum rehydration ratio was observed for samples pre-treated in 2%NaOH solution and dried at 90 °C water temperature whereas maximum was found for untreated samples dried at 70 °C.
