Then there’s Dojo Gelato; he does awesome gelato and espresso drinks. The owner, John Neeb, quickly established it as a lasting part of the Corryville neighborhood. In 1886, he sold the restaurant to an employee by the name of Louis Mecklenburg. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed. Fausto, named after their grandfather, is their second restaurant, opened inside of the Contemporary Arts Center downtown. Fausto’s dining room sits in the lobby of the museum, but make no mistake — it’s a fully functioning restaurant, not a museum cafe. Fausto also offers prix fixe dinners for preorder, feeding two to four people.
