I'm very sorry it took a long time. All the letters were made into a book.  
Two copies were handed to Rudolf in August in Brazil (at his birthday  
party) by a Birazilian musician. The rest were handed to Klaus by Gabi from  
official Forum some days ago.
I found many errors in the book. I do apologize
Thank you very very very much for participating this little project, and  
thank you so much for trusting me, not knowing who I was. I couldn't afford  
to send a copy to each person who participated at once. This book is not  
for sale, copyright of each letter belongs to the original author-meaning  
you. I thought you might want to take a look at what we gave them
