Season 4, Episode 8 - My Last Chance

Molly (Heather Graham) informs Elliot that she is moving to Milwaukee for a psychiatric fellowship. Elliot is really disappointed that she's leaving. J.D. shows his feelings differently. He and Molly end up making out after Molly's going away party. She later says that she's not romantically interested in him. He's just too normal for her. She changes her mind when he emphasizes some of his more negative and dysfunctional characteristics, which is the type of qualities that Molly likes in a man.
Molly decides that they can sleep together before she leaves, but J.D. has to get Elliot's permission first, since Molly and Elliot are friends. Elliot says yes, even though she and J.D. had been "even" since he broke up with her and then she slept with Dan. J.D.'s sleeping with Molly throws things off again.
Dr. Cox becomes a part-time EMT to fulfill Dr. Kelso's community service requirement. He teams up with Denise (Molly Shannon), the wacky, talkative ambulance driver. Driving with her is akin to torture.
J.D. tries to get to Molly's apartment before she leaves for the airport. But due to a series of mishaps and bad timing, he and Turk end up out in the middle of nowhere, with no way to get home. Ironically, they come across Denise's ambulance, which almost ends up running them over. Denise gets a broken collar bone, while J.D. and Turk have the life scared out of them. Cox's attitude towards Denise changes when he finds out that she lost her ten-year-old son to a car accident.
When J.D. finally reaches Molly, she's about to get into the cab. Before leaving, she hands him a note. It's from Elliot and says, "Now, we're even." J.D. is foiled again.
