Moon Prism Power is Usagi Tsukino's very first transformation into Sailor Moon. In order to transform, she uses a brooch which was given to her by Luna in volume 1, act 1. She transforms by shouting "Moon Prism Power Make Up!" while holding her brooch up in the air. The transformation's last appearance was made in volume 3, act 11.

  Moon Frisbee is Sailor Moon's first attack, and was first seen in volume 1, act 1. She attacks by throwing her tiara at the target, which gets sliced apart when hit. It is also able to capture the enemy by wrapping itself around it. In volume 1, act 3, her tiara burns up after using it to capture Jadeite.
